Castelnau Champagne at Blacks of Chapel Street

We have spent quite a bit of time studying sparkling wines for serving at Blacks, and when it comes to an offering from the Champagne region we are really pleased to be able to stock two delightful offerings from the small family business ‘Castelnau’.

Their story is worth reading, the Champagne house of de Castelnau was founded in 1916 and named in honour of General Eduard de Curières de Castelnau. It swiftly made its reputation during the First World War and now nearly 100 years later we think it is a really great tasting and affordable bottle.
