Sous Chef Required

There exists an exciting opportunity for a motivated Sous Chef with a flair for desserts to join a new team at the start of the menu development process.

Ideally have 2 years experience
Must have Good knowledge of stock rotation, GP’s, costings and budgets and ordering
Be a team player and have a willingness to help in all areas
Work well under pressure
High standards of personal and work hygiene
Take over in Head Chef’s absence
NVQ level 2 preferred
Hours : must be able to do split shifts salary negotiable for the right candidate
