As we move towards the May Bank Holiday we would like to confirm our Sunday opening hours. This coming Sunday (24th of April) we will be closed, but from the 1st of May we will be open each Sunday evening from 18:30 (slightly later than during the week) until 22:00. Welcome to the Easter Weekend!
We have some great offerings to help you keep well fed, ‘watered’ and relaxed.
The fish dishes we have include Monk Fish, John Dory, Dover Sole, Mackerel and plenty of Mussels and Crab Claws.
To work with these there’s some delicious wines, beers and ciders – so why not come down and spend some time with us this weekend?

Mother’s Day at Blacks of Chapel Street
Are you looking to treat your mother to something special this coming Mother’s Day? Then as an alternative to the ‘usual Sunday roast’ offerings, why not consider a High Tea with a glass of bubbly (either Prosecco or even our award winning Champagne ‘Castelnau’)?
Of course, if you would prefer a more substantial meal then those are always available, and we will be offering a seasonal produce menu for the day to complement our existing dishes.
