Whatever you are thinking about, don’t worry about organising the Christmas Party – we’re here to help you with that. Blacks of Chapel Street is available for groups small or large and we have an even better menu than last year – designed by our new head chef and his team with the brief of ‘make it tasty and appealing to everyone…’ What’s more it comes in at 2 courses for £18.50 or 3 courses for £23.50 inclusive of a glass of festive cheer – available for both Lunch and Dinner.

Starter Choice –
Roasted Butternut, Thyme & Tomato Soup (LF/V/GF)
Smoked Fish Arancini
Served with Blacks sweet chilli & lime sauce
Shredded Duck Confit
Set on a tomato & basil panzanella (LF)
Artichoke, Fennel & Beetroot Pasta Roulade
Served with tomato salsa (V/LF)
Medley of Mushrooms
Braised in thyme & garlic set on charred brioche with mascarpone (V/GF available)
Mains Choice –
Roast Turkey with all the trimmings
Roast potatoes, sprouts & chestnuts, pigs in blankets, braised red cabbage, creamed mustard leeks, pork, apricot & sage stuffing and of course …. Gravy (GF)
Glazed with treacle and served with caraway potato fondant, spiced vegetables and a natural jus (GF/LF)
Set with olive tapenade, blanched spinach & leeks wrapped in puff pastry and served with new potatoes and minted green salad
Spiced Sweet Potato, Spinach & Red Pepper Pie
Served with roast potatoes a blue cheese sauce and seasonal vegetables (V)

So, to make things easy, download a copy of the flyer; the invite letter; the menu, and if you have been left with the joyous task of being the one who has to organise the party then also take the booking form which allows you to keep track of the menu choices and deposit payments.

Time for a Deal!
And that means we can return to our ‘Beat The Clock’ deals each Tuesday and Thursday night. For those of you new to this, it is simple – we note the time that you place your order for one of our main course options on the Beat The Clock menu and that time is the price you pay (don’t worry, we’re not being sneaky and using the 24hour clock format!). So if you ordered your main at 6:20pm then the price you pay is £6.20… as we said,simple!
